Amaretto Sour Recipe
Amaretto Sour is the perfect combination of sweet and sour, and has become a real classic. In this recipe, the characteristic almond taste from the amaretto comes to its full potential.
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) to get a nice foam from the egg white.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
- Strain the drink into a glass and garnish (preferably with maraschino cherries).
The simple syrup is made with equal parts sugar and water (1:1).
