Caribbean Cooler Recipe
Caribbean Cooler is a tasty and refreshing tiki drink. The drink has a clear ginger character from the Ginger Beer and a nice round taste of dark rum and Galliano.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Dark rum
- 30 ml Galliano
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Simple syrup
- 140 ml Ginger Beer
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except Ginger Beer into a shaker.
- Shake with ice until cold.
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice, preferably a tiki mug if you have one.
- Add Ginger Beer and stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
