Green Elevator Recipe
Green Elevator is a Swedish drink from the 70s. The name comes from the raisins in the drink, which if everything goes right, will "ride the elevator" up and down due to the carbonation.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Gin
- 20 ml Green Curaçao
- 120 ml Pommac
- Raisin
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin, green curaçao and Pommac.
- Stir lightly.
- Add a few raisins to the drink.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
