Raspberry Bellini Recipe
Raspberry Bellini is a fresh and fruity champagne cocktail. It is very well suited as an aperitif or welcome drink.
- 10 ml Raspberry liqueur (Crème de Framboise)
- Sparkling wine
- Recommended sparkling wine
- Add fresh raspberries to a suitable container.
- Muddle them and strain into a raspberry juice (without seeds).
- Pour 30 ml of raspberry juice into a glass.
- Add raspberry liqueur.
- Top up with prosecco and stir lightly.
- Garnish as desired.
