Rhubarb Gin Sour Recipe
Rhubarb Gin Sour is a tasty, sweet and sour variant of a classic Gin Sour. By replacing the simple syrup in a Gin Sour with a rhubarb syrup, you get a slightly more fruity drink.
- 50 ml Pink Gin
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Rhubarb syrup
- 20 ml Egg white
- Start by making the rhubarb syrup. Instructions can be found here .
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cool.
- Fine strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with rhubarb.
