Rhububble Recipe
Rhububble is a refreshing sparkling wine cocktail with a relatively low alcohol content. It is perfect as an aperitif or welcome drink.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Rhubarb syrup
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 100 ml Sparkling wine
- Recommended sparkling wine
- Cava
- Prosecco
Instructions
- Start by making rhubarb syrup. Instructions can be found here .
- Cool your glass in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
- Pour all the ingredients into the glass and stir lightly.
- Garnish with rhubarb.
Drink
This drink is easy to make as a non-alcoholic cocktail. Just replace the sparkling wine with non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
