Sloe Down Recipe
Sloe Down is a version of the classic drink Negroni. Instead of ordinary gin, sloe gin is used here. This creates a sweet and fruity cocktail that still get a clear bitterness from Campari.
Ingredients
- 2 cl Sloe gin
- 2 cl Campari
- 2 cl Sweet Vermouth (Red)
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add ice.
- Stir until the drink is really cold and slightly diluted.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with orange zest.
